Frequently asked questions
Which files can I load?
Files from the PC Check results folder: inventory files (with “inventory” in the name) and benchmark files. You can drop the whole set at once; older files for the same computer are skipped.
Do the files reach the IT BROLIAI server?
No. The page reads the files in the browser and sends no requests containing their content. You can confirm this in the browser network tools: loading files creates no requests.
How do I get a PDF?
Clicking PDF opens the browser print dialog, where you choose “Save as PDF”. The report is formatted for A4 landscape. CSV and XLSX files download immediately.
What is in the report?
A summary, a computer table with processor, memory, system disk, battery health and benchmark score, plus separate lists of disks, batteries, display adapters, monitors, printers and installed programs.
