Questions we are asked most often
Do you support small businesses?
Yes. We work with companies that have only a few workstations. We first review the equipment, accounts and critical systems, then propose the level of support that is genuinely needed.
What can you resolve remotely?
We usually resolve email, software, printing, account and access issues remotely. If physical equipment or the local network needs attention, we arrange a visit. We are based in Kaunas and work remotely across Lithuania.
How quickly do you respond to an incident?
Response time depends on the agreed service level and severity. If an issue stops several employees or the whole company from working, it is handled first. Existing customers can use the remote support button immediately.
How is ESET PROTECT different from standard antivirus software?
ESET PROTECT shows the status of every company computer and server in one place, applies common security policies and highlights devices missing updates or protection.
Are OneDrive and SharePoint already a backup?
OneDrive and SharePoint are primarily designed to store, synchronise and share files. A separate Cove backup helps when files are accidentally deleted, damaged, encrypted or an older version is no longer available.
Can you migrate email to Microsoft 365 without stopping work?
Usually, yes. We plan the migration in stages, check the domain, accounts and data volume in advance, and complete the final switch at an agreed time. Staff know what to expect before work begins.
Which PDF-XChange licence is right for our staff?
Editor is normally enough for everyday PDF editing. Editor Plus is needed for fillable forms, document comparison and advanced OCR. PRO is worthwhile when batch processing and the PDF printer are also required.
